Okay, I don’t want to scare you because process serving is not really too dangerous, but you can increase your safety by being smart about it when you serve dangerous or unstable people civil litigation papers like subpoenas, summonses and restraining orders by getting some police assistance.
This week’s video is a clip directly from The Investigator’s Ultimate Guide to Process Serving and it teaches just one way to handle dangerous people when serving process.

The process serving trick is to call for a “police stand-by”.
You do this by calling the non-emergency phone number for the police (NOT 911), and ask for officers to stand-by while you serve the court papers.
Do not over-use or abuse this trick. Never lie about the danger you think there is or about the person you are serving. But, do use this legitimate service as needed to maintain your safety, the safety of the person you’re serving and the safety of all those near-by.
I’ve got a ton more to teach you about serving process and making money as a process server and I mean, you need to learn these things somewhere. I would love it if you got my training on surveillance or process serving, but if nothing else let me suggest you get my free special report If You Want To Be a Private Investigator Give Up… Unless You Do These Three Things. You can get it right here…
Committed to your success,
